Returns and Exchanges
Love Jones Maternity gladly accepts returns and exchanges. All merchandise must be unworn, in new condition with tags attached. Unfortunately, swim wear, nursing wear, body care products, pacifiers and sale merchandise are non returnable.

Returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 21 days from the date your order was shipped. Upon receipt and review of your item, we will credit your card within 5 business days. Returns/exchanges received after 21 days but within 30 days will be issued an online store credit good for one year. Unfortunately we do not accept Returns/exchanges after 30 days.
We recommend sending your return/exchange using a traceable shipping method. Love Jones Maternity will not be responsible for lost packages sent from customers.
Love Jones Maternity will waive the ground shipping charge for exchanged items.
